I just I’m no longer. I am still active as a spectator on their service But I will no longer be using it because to me the way how they run Nextdoor is. It’s a one waste It’s a one-way road if you want to if anyone right in the future wants to use their service and Wants to complain about their service complain about anything I guarantee you They will not give you a valid reason of why your post or your comment was deleted. You will not get any answer from them Okay, okay I basically posted a I believe I posted a post about Maybe us practice driving or something. That’s something that I was involved in with someone else and A lot of people had my back but a majority of people They had a problem with my comment and they reported it. So I was like I I don’t know who I offended. I don’t think I offended anyone I didn’t you know cuss anyone out and then this most current situation I posted a I posted something that that Was asking the other members I’m saying like how do you live a fulfilled life and whatnot and No joke, every single comment that was on there. We’re all positive everything was positive and then all the sudden the next Monday, I receive an email from next door saying that your post has been deleted and I have a lot of evidence. I took a lot of screenshots and actually I’m looking at my gmail account right now and Two people reported the post as well, so I thought it was kind of strange so then I For both of these situations. I contacted my Nextdoor staff right because I wanted to get information and find out why my post was deleted and then I Talked to I think four or five expert staff members and there’s no I put in quotations is because they have a lot of automated responses that they sent out to their users and for a good half an hour I couldn’t get the answer that I wanted and they all told me if you would like you can reach out to Whoever is in charge of your community, which I did and there’s only two people in charge of the community. I live in and I reach out to them and basically, they did not get back to me in 48 hours and one of the experts said if you would like if Your super if your supervisor doesn’t get back to you in 24 hours. You can report them So to me, you know I explained my situation to all the expert staff members and none of them can get me the answer that I wanted. So at the moment I have not read any comments on pissed consumer because I pretty much know that there’s also a lot of people who have strong opinions and have a strong judgment on what I posted and For me, I have no problem with that right? It’s what I experienced I’m not making any of this up I can post all of my evidence if necessary, but I know for a fact that this is what happened This is fact. I’m not making any of this up. I Don’t exactly remember how many times I contacted them just I I know for a fact I contact enough to know that they really They aren’t up to par in today’s expectations on user experience that and I I have I know some people who work in the tech industry who know about user experience and your you know you I know that I just Place I don’t remember how many times I contact them just Ever since I posted this on pissed consumer in September and after my most current experience which Which literally just happened, you know a few weeks ago I I’m just very disappointed with how they treat their users and I’m I just wish that they actually Take it more. Seriously if they want to be like an effective website and effective. Um I guess Consumer market innocence. I don’t even know if they’re just one set or or if they’re a company. Um Yeah, I just I just wish that you know things didn’t things didn’t happen The way the way they did happen it ends on so I wish them all the best But I will not be using theirs their service anymore Yeah, my purpose is I want to tell Nextdoor that I was a I was an active Consumer and an active user and for them if they really want to, you know, step it up Right, if they really want to improve the website, you know nowadays the Internet and the society how it works in general Is that you should you almost always have to listen to your consumer? Otherwise, they’re not going to take you seriously. So I Really want to tell next-door to pay attention to the users as as far as current users and you know present users, right? You can use it. You know, I’m all for it If you want to get like a recommendation or ask for you know anything else next what is perfect like there’s no there’s no complaint in that aspect, but the downside is What I’m saying is for all for all you people out there If you want to if you do want to join just if you come across Any problems or report any members or? If you even want to if you have any like thought processes or you didn’t want to report anything just know for a fact that you might just It would be best to let it go because they will not even bother to help you out on it and even if you tried to To report it to I guess the first chain of command which is the expert staff They will not help you other than send you automated messages and if it’s not something that they can control They will basically make you try to reach out to the the person in charge. So That’s what I said. You know. I hope that they have all the best and if They’re leaning for recommendations. Next was perfect, but if there’s any more than that, then next door’s pretty much I Mean that there’s to put up on to put it bluntly Uh, they’re no use at all whatsoever You
